My Personal Philosophy & Ethics

I believe that educational guidance should be rooted in integrity, transparency, and respect for students as developing thinkers and individuals.

My work is guided by the following principles:

  • Student Voice Matters
Students should recognize themselves in their work and in their applications.

  • Process Over Product
Growth comes from learning how to think, write, reflect, and plan—not from shortcuts.

  • Ethical Practice
I do not write or edit student work in ways that compromise authenticity or violate school or assessment policies.

  • Well-Being Is Central
Rigor and ambition must be balanced with mental health, purpose, and sustainability.

  • Education Is Relational
Trust, listening, and collaboration are at the heart of meaningful guidance.

These principles shape every interaction I have with students and families.
